In our welcoming Gilston home studio, you can relax and soak in these precious early moments while I gently guide the session and preserve memories you’ll cherish forever. Newborn sessions last around 2 to 3 hours, allowing plenty of time for comfort, cuddles, and creating timeless images of your little one and loved ones.

FAQ
What should we wear for a family photos?
Coordinating outfits without being too matchy-matchy often works well. Solid colors or subtle patterns are usually a good choice.
What happens if the weather is bad?
As we are on the Gold Coast and the weather can be raining then clear up fast we always give the option of deciding on the day which mean there is always the option to reschedule if needed but I am also happy to shoot between small showers if that is something you would like to do, but in these time it is best to be in communication regularly throughout the day of and the day before hand if there is any worry about the weather
What if my children don't want to co-operate?
Not to worry we have 2 boys & a Girl of our own and I have worked in childcare before that so all is good, best way thing to do before and during the session, is make kids feel special, give them food before the session and bring water and snack with you, make the session and hour leading up to it, about telling them how special they are to you and how much you love them, and even if they start to play up just be ok with it, Parents keep calm and let little things slide and only bring correction if they are going to hurt themselves or someone else. make if about fun.
Where are Photography session held?
Family & Maternity session are held on Location (generally Gold Coast)
Maternity session can also be Studio session
Newborn Session are Gilston Studio Only.
How long does it take to receive the photos after the session and how will those be delivered?
In general I will get your image Proofs out to you around 2 weeks but I will also let you know the expected time at the end of your session with the number of session I have to edit at that point in time and once you choose your Images they will be available on an online gallery for your to download to your computer
How long can we expect the photography session to last?
Newborn sessions can vary but typically last between 2 to 4 hours, allowing time for feeding, soothing, and capturing those precious moments.
Maternity and Family sessions are typically around 1 hour and we generally work on the youngest member of the family and how they are going with the time.
Can my partner and other children join the session?
Absolutely! Including your partner and other children in the session always add a wonderful family dynamic to the maternity & Newborn photographs.
